Burgoo Maid Works Creditably STICKNEY, 111., May 31.— Ruth Sidells | Burgoo Maid, winner at Hawthorne last fall of the Illinois Owners Handicap, is now in racing trim again and may soon be seen in her first start of the season. The daughter of Burgoo King this morning gave some evidence of her fitness when she stepped a handy half-mile in :4835. She is being pointed specifically for the filly and mare races that await members of her sex later in the season.
