Slide Rule Pleases Wilhelm ARCADIA, Calif., May 31.— Trainer Cecil Wilhelm is greatly encouraged on tht chances of W. E. Boeings Slide Rule getting back to the races after a layoff of more than a year. The star two-year-old of 1943 is doing everything asked of him in the workouts and will be ready to go within a month.
