NYAC Day at Belmont Park BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 20. — On Thursday the. New York Athletic Club will be represented at Belmont by a delegation expected to number 500 wearers of the winged foot emblem. They will come by a special bus service from their 70th Street clubhouse, headed by president Harry L. Lindquist. The club regards this annual outing as its major social-athletic function of each year. That days sixth race will be titled the NYAC Lindquist, while the fourth will be programmed as the NYAC Norton, in memory of a former president. In addition to the plates which will be presented to the winning owners of those races the winning jockeys will be presented emblematic trophies. A section of the clubhouse terrace will be set apart for a private luncheon before the racing hours.
