Bigelow Injured at Brush BRUSH, Colo., June 3. — Apprentice Stephen Bigelow, who was thrown in the sixth race on the Memorial Day program after his mount Michigan Witch was being pulled up after the finish, suffered a cut! hand and a dislocated hip in the accident. Bigelow, who rode for the first time in his career on Friday, May 24, also broke his maiden that afternoon when he piloted Rebel Debbil to the winners circle in the final race. The lad is 17 years old and hails from Littleton, Colorado.
