Three Yearlings Make Good in Big Way LOS ANGELES, Calif!, April 30.— John de Blois Wack bred and. sold three yearlings two years ago Which made good last year and promise well this year at three. They are Grandpaw, second last year in three New York stakes, a recent winner, and a candidate for Belmont Stakes honors; Mountain Song, a sensation in the Southwest last year, and Colonel Mack, winner of the Charles S. Howard Stakes and second in the Starlet and Del Mar Futurity. Wack may have sold his racing stable and turned market breeder too soon. The Santa -Barbara man has some well bred mares; in fact he has one of the highest-class bands in the. country.
