Four Named Honorary Life I directors of Keeneland Assn. f LEXINGTON, Ky., April 30.— Hal Price Headley, W. R. Embry, L. B. Shouse and T. H. Kirk at the annual spring meeting of the stockholders of Keeneland Association Friday were elected honorary life members of the board of directors. This was the first time that any honorary members have been selected by the non-profit organization which owns the property on which Keeneland Race Course conducts its race meetings. Three new active members of the board of directors also were elected at the meeting. These are Mrs. Parker Poe, Tollie Young and C. A. Asbury. Re-elected for three-year terms were Doug Parrish, Car-neal Kincaid, Victor K. Dodge and A. B. Hancock, J. At a meeting of the board of directors following the stockholders meeting all of the Keeneland Association officers — Guy Hugelet, president; A. B. Gay, first vice-president; A. B. Hancock, Jr., second vice-president; Gayle Mohney, secretary; and W. H. Courtney, treasurer — were re-elected.
