MORE LICENSES GRANTED IN CANADA. Montreal. Que.. June 16. — The Canadian Racing Associations met this morning at the Windsor Hotel. Dr. Andrew Smith represented tle Ontario Jockey Club. ;. M. Hendrie the Windsor Racing Association. Sir II. Montagu Allan the Montreal Jockey Club. J. II. Madigan the Niagara Racing Association and Judge Monck the Hamilton Jockey Club. W. P. Eraser, secretary of the association, was also present. Licenses were granted to the following jockeys and trainers: J. Reid. A Brooks. W. A. McKinney, II. Hopkins. F. Llghtfoot. T. Robinson. F. J. Stevenson. J. Duffy and Woods Garth. ! Canadian racing matters were discussed, and it was agreed that the Canadian turf was never in better uonditlon than at present, with the outlook exceedingly bright for the future.
