QUEBEC BREEDING INDUSTRY EXPANDING. Montreal. One. June 16.— That racing at Blue Bonnets is encouraging the improvement of the breed of horses in the Province of Quebec is evidenced hy the increase In the number of thoroughbred broodmares in this section of Canada. Last vear there were loss than half a dozen thoroughbred foals dropped in Quebec, while this spring thirty-ftvc young thoroughbreds have been foaled at the different farms that have been established. P. T. Chinn announced yesterday that he would ship fortv broodmares from Kentucky to Montreal this summer with the idea of disposing of the entire collection during the fall meeting at Blue Bonnets.
