NO IMMEDIATE RACING FOR KING JAMES. New York. June 16. — King James Is in such condition that he will not race in the immediate future. S. C. Hildreth. his owner, said tonight that while the Brooklyn Handicap winner received galloping exercise every morning he will not be seeu under colors until the Saratoga meeting, at best. Mr. Hildreth fears a recurrence of the foot trouble which kept King James in retirement during tbe early part of the California season last winter. Therefore, nothing of a trying nature will be asked of him either in private or public for at least a month. King James has recently been blistered several times, which would indicate that he had been suffering from some ailment aside from the trouble that arose out of his Brooklyn Handicap mishap.
