NEW USES FOR RACE TRACKS. New York. August 17. Sporting interests will soon establish two new fields, one on the old Gut-teiiburg race track, across the Hudson Kiver from New York City, for motor-car racing, and the other nt the Saratoga race track for nirsliip contests and experiments. The old track at Cuttenburg is being banked at the ends in hurried preparation for races which will be held the second week in September.
