SARATOGA OFFICIALS BEHIND NEW PLAN. Saratoga. N. Y.. August 19. Tlie officials of the Saratoga Association will make an effort to have some of the yearlings annually, placed on the market sold in the paddock of the local race track. It is claimed that it will be more economical to sell them here and may in time develop new men on tlie turf, men who will be here for recreation, and who may take the notion to purchase a few yearlings in order to have an interest in the turf.
