He gave out the information that the conditions for the twelve stake offerings of the Mexican Jockey Clui for the coming Juarez meeting will be announced next week. The blanks are in the hands of the printer. Tlie values of the stakes will range from ,000 to ,000 each. Racing at Juarez track will begin on Thanksgiving day. The track and its appointments will be completed down to the smallest detail in time .for the opening.
