FORSYTHE HORSES BRING GOOD PRICES. Report of Dispersal Sale of Horses in Training and Yearlings Held at Sheepshead Bay Yesterday. New York. September. Jll. This seasons biggest dispersal sale of race horses in training took place at Sheepshead .Bay today. Forty-four horses in training and darlings belonging to Chirin and For-sy the, C. L, Harrison andJames Forsythe were, disposed of for a grand total of 8,270, an average of per head. Dorante. the star of the sale, was bought for ,900. by J. T. Ireland. Fred Johnson secured High Private for ,000. Elfin Beau was well sold at ,200, II., J, Mackenzie buying him. .The same may be said of Ten Paces, which went to T. . Coulter for ;500, A number of the yearlings were presumably bought in through the agency of Rolert McGIbbod. . .
