GOSSIP OF BLUE GRASS REGION. Lexington. Ky.. September 11. John W. Mar arrived at the Kentucky Association track from New York this morning with seventeen horses, including the eight yearlings he lwught at Sheepshead Bay for Martin and Scharles Schwartz. IMill T. Chinns Lynnettc, the dam of Joe Gait-ens, was so badly injured at Woodburn Farm that she has been destroyed by Dr. Bryan. J. S. Hawkins arrived today from Canada. His horses were sent to Louisville to rest for the Churchill Downs meeting. Colonel Milton Young has arrived at an arrangement with John D. Carr and Thomas Piatt to breed his thirty mares on shares. Nealon. recentlv leased by Colonel Young from Barney Schreiber, will stand at Piatts farm, which adjoins that of Carr.
