JOHN MADDEN HAS POOR SEASON. New York, September 11. This has been an unprofitable season for John E. Madden. The big racing stable be brought from Kentucky early In the vear has accomplished comparatively nothing. His two-vear-oldrt have, failed to come up to the standard and as n result he Is far down In the list of winning owners. As Madden has sold practically all of his yearling to R.
