REPORT CONCERNING CALIFORNIA RACING. New York. September 11. Billy Roache. a recent arrival from California and in close touch with the racing situation there, was at Sheepshead Bay to-dav. He states that the California Jockey Club will hold a race meeting of the usual duration at San Francisco the coming winter, and that the sport lias been guaranteed immunity from over-zealous otlielnl Interference by the authorities of San Mateo County.
