Won handily; second and third driving. RAFFLES, after racing in close pursuit of the leaders in the early running, moved up fast on the stretch turn and was forced extremely wide, but recovered quickly and, finishing gamely, wore PETER BROWN down and, passing him in the final sixteenth, won going away. PETER BROWN showed tho most early speed and saved ground on the turns, but tired in the final eighth. RORK slipped through on the inside when entering the stretch and finished with a rush. Won driving; second and third the same. FLUFF raced PASTORAL into defeat in the first half mile and, taking the lead, held it resolutely when called on for a final effort. MARY AGNES S. began slowly, but closed a big gap and was wearing the leader down in the last strides. DEEP SINKER was prominent all the way. EAGER EYES raced well. ST. BLANC SEING rushed into the lead at once, withstood repeated challenges and, drawing away after entering the .stretch, made a fast and game finish. EMOTION raced in nearest and game pursuit throughout, but could not overcome the winner. NOSE DIVE, off forwardly, was taken back to last place, then moved up fast iu the last three-ci ghths, but was ridden extremely wide on the last turn and lost much ground. Won easily; second and third driv- I ing. TRANSIENT raced ESQUIRE into defeat in the lirst three-quarters and, taking a good lead in the stretch, was ridden hard to the end. HUONEC, shuffled back while going to the first turn, slipped through on the inside on the stretch turn and finished with a belated rush. CIIATEAUGAY was crowded and compelled to pull up while going to the first turn, but closed a big gap and finished gamely. STAR COURT ran well, but tired in the final eighth.
