JUDGE MURPHYS ITINERARY TOLEDO, Ohio, October 27. Judge Joseph A. Murphy will leave tomorrow night for Chicago for a conference with prominent men interested in the building of the new Washington Park track there. On Monday night he will go to St. Louis to attend a luncheon meeting of the organization committee of the proposed St Louis Jockey Club. He will then proceed to New Orleans to take up the active detilis of the Jefferson Park and Fair Grounds meetings. He has notified G. D. Bryan, Jr., and James F. OHara that he win either remain at New Orleans to open the Jefferson meeting or go to Bowie, whichever course the owners decide. Judge Murphy is in receipt of a telegram from A. Rouprich stating that all the stalls at New Orleans have been reserved for the horsemen who have raced there every year.
