D. S. FOUNTAIN RECOVERING Word was received from Emeryville, Calif., that D. S. Fountain, well-known owner and trainer, is showing rapid improvement. He has been ailing wth pernicious anaemia for some time. Mr. Fountain was given up by the doctors and underwent six blood infusions, which started him on e road to recovery.
