The main entrance at I42nd street will be in a direct line with the main entrance to the grandstand and boxes on the mezzanine floor. The platform will be 1,000 feet long, sixteen f3et wide and will accommodate three sections of trains at one time for loading and unloading. The subways will be concrete both at 138th and 146th streets, with a combination of both automobile and foot passages of ample width to accommodate one way traffic for four automobile; abreast. The 142nd street entrance will be for foot passengers only, and the engineers have gone over every point for the convenience of guests and there need be no fear of handling the crowd.
