y * DEAD HEAT IN JUBILEE LONDON, England. May 14.— Simon Pure, carrying 118 pounds, and Diligence, under 114 pounds, ran a dead heat in the Jubilee Handicap at Kempton Park Saturday. Despite threatening weather a large crowd was present and witnessed a thrilling race. Condover. which finished third, was well up with the leaders all the way. Simon Pure, the favorite, was ridden by Bullock and Donohce was up on Diligence.
