TO SECURE UTAH TRACK MONTREAL, Que., April 17.— "Joe" Cat-tarinick of Montreal and M. C. Dewar, general manager of Niagara Falls track, have a representative in Salt Lake City to secure an option on the Lagoon Jockey Club. Pari-mutuel betting in Utah is legalized under a recent bill.
