MUST WEAR SKULL CAPS HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., April 17.-Previous to the running of the steeplechase yesterday, the stewards visited the jockeys room and notified the riders that all must e:n skull caps. Only three of the riders had them. They were informed that the Maryland Racing Commission had passed a ■ rule making the wearing of these caps imperative an dthat in the future a fine would be imposed on all riders who did not wear them.
