, « NEW CANADIAN OFFICIALS TORONTO, Ont, April 17.— Woodbines spring meeting will be the last occasion on which Joe McLennan will act as racing secretary and clerk of the scales on Canadian Racing Association tracks. Mr. McLennan has been appointed general manager of Havre de Grace, and his new position wilL occupy all his summer leisure. Besides arranging racing dates for the jockey clubs, the meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations to be held on April 27 will appoint a successor to Mr. McLennan and confirm the appointment of Marshall Cassidy as starter on all Canadian Racing Association tracks for 1925 except the spring meeting at Woodbine, when the flag will be wielded for the last time by Harry Morrissey.
