CANADIAN TURF GOVERNORS Hold Meeting at Blue Bonnets and Pass on Several Important Matters. MONTREAL,, Que., June 21. Previous to the races Monday afternoon the Canadian Racing Associations held a meeting in the clubhouse at Blue Bonnets. Those in attendance were: George Hendrie of the Windsor Jockey Club, who occupied the chair; A. E. Dyment, representing the Ontario Jockey Club ; H. J. Mclntyre of the Hamilton Jockey Club; Kenneth Dawe3 of the Montreal Jockey Club, and A. Richards of the Dorval Jockey Club. The action of the stewards of the Con- naught PaVk Jockey Club in recognizing A. B. Gallaher as the owner of ICinbum was approved. Corinth and Marial Barton were placed on the stewards list, which means that their further entry will be barred for the reason that both are bad actors at the barrier. The application of J. Switcher for a trainers license was denied on account of Switcher permitting his name to be used aa trainer of a horse that he never had In his possession. Other business, which included the granting of licenses to jockeys and trainers, was passed on. The next meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations will be held at the Windsor Jockey Club track on July 15.
