The latter moved up rapidly when called on and was going fastest at the end. PETER FIZ showed the most speed from the start, but ran out in the final sixteenth and lost ground. CLEARANCE, fractious at the post, began from the outside and moved up fast, but tired at the end. GRACIOUS GIFT ran fairly well. TITAN saved ground on the turns. BULL RUN ran poorly. The latter raced in closest pursuit of the winner throughout, moved up on the outside when entering the stretch and was slowly wearing the winner down. CHEOPS raced under restraint in the early running and, saving ground on the turns, had no mishaps. NIMBA. on the outside throughout, could not improve her position.
