Start good and slow.. Won easily; second and third driving. BRINKLEY took the lead at once, raced HITTER into defeat in the first half mile and won easing up. THREE SIXTY began slowly, but saved ground on the turns and, finishing fast, was going best at the finish. JOLLY BOY was away fast and, racing forwardly throughout, finished gamely. FAST BLACK raced well. WATCHFUL ran out badly on both turns. R1TTER was done after going five-1 eighthu. HELEN R., away well and close up from the start, was forced slightly wide on the stretch turn, but finished fast and 3 only failed .by inches to get up ELIZABETH met with interference and finished well. SPOT LICHT began tiring after racing well to the stretch. WAR WINGS had no mishaps. SUNNY HOURS saved ground on the first turn and raced t prominently to the stretch, then began tiring. ETERNAL MAGIC began slowly and raced wide. UP , SHE GOES was done after going three-quarters.
