e BELMONT TERMINAL NO MORE NEW YORK, N. Y., June 21. The Belmont Park Terminal race track, where the "United Hunts and Racing Association has held some of its spring and autumn meetings in recent years, has given way to New Yorks ever-increasing demand for homo sites. The Westchester Racing Association, which owns the property, is developing it as a residential section. The grandstand is being demolished and the two-day meeting of the United Hunts "and Racing Association on Saturday, November 5, and Tuesday, November 8, will be conducted at Belmont Park. Several offers have been made by various realty companies for the terminal property, but the Westchester Racing Association declined them, preferring to develop the property itself and thus safeguard its exclusiv.eness and restrictions. It will be transformed into a high-class residential park, beautifully landscaped.
