ALLUREMENT OF SARATOGA NEW YORK. N. Y.. June 21. Treasurer George H. Bull of the Saratoga Association, spent Sunday at Saratoga Springs. He reports the track more beautiful than ever and that the great difficulty this year, as usual, will be the accommodation of all the horses that owners from all over the United States, wish to send to the Spa to race this year. It was thought that the Chicago racing would ease the strain at Saratoga this year, but there are more than 150 individuals who want stable room. Each year the accommodations are increased, but the demand keeps pace with the supply. More than 200 stalls were added to the capacity this year. Mr. Bull states that Tommy Clare, the efficient superintendent at Saratoga, has tho track ready to race over now. The meeting could begin tomorrow without finding Clare unprepared.
