* , PLENTY HORSES FOR OMAHA KANSAS CITY. Mo., May 28.— James Ronin, track superintendent at Omaha, who was a visitor here on Saturday, stated that he expected the coming meeting at Ak-Sar-Ben Field to be the greatest ever held in that city. Mr. Ronin, while here, made arrangements for the shipping of over fifty head from this point, and departed for Aurora, after completing his business here, to take care of the reservations from horsemen now racing at the Illinois city. Over 100 good performers will arrive in Omaha from Aurora early next week, while several carloads are expected from Tulsa and Hamilton, Ohio. Over 500 horses will be quartered at Ak-Sar-Ben Field when the meeting gets under way on June 1. and the class of the thoroughbreds there this year is better than ever before.
