There are forty-three jockeys and eighteen apprentice riders registered with the clerk of the scales. T. Doyle shipped the Joliet Stables Hot Time, John H. Conners and Samaron to La-tonia Monday night. Hot Time is an intended starter in the Quickstep Handicap and Doyle will go to Datonia to saddle him, leaving his stable here in charge of J. Hanley. E. J. Dchmann, member of the board of governors and a brother of Otto W. J-eh-mann, also identified with The Jockey Club, being the owner of the racing establishment that includes the good three-year-old Heigh Olga, regarded as a certain starter next Saturday in the American Derby, sent five horses to Arlington Park Tuesday. The consignment came from Mr. Lehmanns Iongwood Farm at Dake Villa, thirty-five miles from the race course. The trainer of those thoroughbreds, not one of which has ever been sent to the post, is Phil Keilly. J. Dreyer was fined 0 for being late in the paddock with Little Guinea in the first race.
