POLO STAR laced far back for three-eighths, then moved up fast and, coming with a rush right at . the end, outfinished JIM BRIPGEE. The latter, also far hack for a half mile, came fast, but was over-confidentiy ridden right at the end. WONDERFUL finished fast after being close up all the way. ONUP raced weil. KNAVE OF OURS rated into a long lad in the first half mile, but tired badly j in the stretch. CARDO BLANCO came fast through the stretch end finished gamely. CI. AD EFFORT, always prominent, raced well when ridden hard and headed MARSHAL!. SETII in the final strides.
