DEATH OF LORD ROSEBERRY SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. LONDON, England, May 21.— Lord Rose-berry, 82, former British minister, died at his home today. He was a noted sportsman, breeder and owner of thoroughbreds. His success on the turf included three victories in the Epsom Derby in 1894, 1895 and 1905. It was said that when a young man he told a questioner he had three ambitions in life : To win the Derby, to marry the richest heiress and to become prime minister.
