9 DEPARTS FOR CHICAGO LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 21.— Judge Charles F. Price, who will be in full charge of the racing at Washington Park, left tonight for Chicago, where he will take up the duties of that important office. His departure leaves only T. C. Bradley and S. C. Nuckols to serve at Churchill Downs for the present, as Elijah Hogg, the fourth of the Downs stewards, is on the sad mission of attending the burial of his daughter, who died at Phoenix, Ariz.
