HORSEMENS PRIVILEGES AURORA, 111., May 22.— John Carey, representing the Ak-Sar-Ben Exposition Company of Omaha, divulged to the horsemen here the following information : Horsemen will be privileged to purchase their feedstuffs wherever they may choose and not be restricted to the feedstore at the course. The Ak-Sar-Ben Exposition has instructed secretary John Carey to deduct for the account of the thoroughbred horse association, one percent of all first moneys won during the meeting by horses owned by members of the horsemens body or any other horsemen who are not members and who wish to give towards the account of the thoroughbred association for the upkeep and maintenance of I the association.
