GRANT CANADIAN LICENSES Many Trainers and Riders Passed Upon Favorably by Officials of Canadian Racing Assn. TORONTO, Ont, May 22.— Previous to the races this afternoon, the Canadian Racing Association held a meeting in the club house at Woodbine Park. George E. Hendrie acted as chairman and others in attendance were H. J. Mclntyre, representing the Hamilton Jockey Club ; Frederick Richard, the Dorval Jockey Club, and John H. Madigan, the Niagara Racing Association. Applications for licenses were passed upon and other business taken up. The committee recommended that jockeys J. Chalmers and C. Ralls be excluded from all race courses under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Racing Association. The following were licensed : Apprentices — J. Bardales, F. Gunn, Horace Gwynne, W. Harper, ;.
