MAIDENS TRYST, racing in her best form, disposed of PEGGY LEE. slowly opened up a big lead after reaching the stretch and won handily. CHATTER BLACK, taken back when approaching the stretch, took a wide course, but finished fast. BLEWAWAY had speed from the start and held on well, just failing to last for second place. LATCH KEY, forced wide bv CHATTER BLACK on the turn, showed a fair effort. E ERBLUE was blocked when racing well in the stretch PEGGY LEE tired. The latter, away slowly, lost much ground while working his way up. but closed with a rush. HARAMZADA. prominent throughout, finished gamely. FARM HAND moved np steadily and closed well in close quarters. CALCITE raced well. ROYAL SPORT finished gamely. BANNER BRIGHT saved much ground. CORAL BEACH was outrun. COLORATURA followed close to the early pacemakers under restraint, then took a brief lead on the stretch turn, but tired. SPOT LIGHT, away poorly, closed with a rush. SONIAS TAL had early speed. The latter, always in pursuit, saved ground in the final quarter and held on well. GOLDEN" RACKET, in close quarters in the early racing, lost ground on the stretch turn and could not improve his position. SISTER ZOE finished gamely. UNCLE MATT began more rapidly than usual, dropped back entering the stretch, but closed fast. HIGH FOOT was in close quarters next to the rail the entire final three-eighths and suffered from weak riding, but was probably best. The others were outrun.
