HOMEWOOD TRAIN SCHEDULE Schedule of the Illinois Central electric trains to and from Washington Park, beginning on Monday, the opening day, was announced Friday and it met with instant approval of the thousands who often fretted over the inaccessibility of the Homewood course in the past. There will be five trains direct to the grandstand, the first of which leaves at 9 :30 a. m. This is for the especial benefit of the horsemen and attaches of the park, getting them to the track at the hour when entries close. The four other trains leave Randolph street at intervals of twenty minutes — 12 :30 p. m., 12:50, 1:10 and 1:30. The returning trains begin to leave the track at 4 :05 p. m. It is said there will be twenty of these trains of ten cars each, which will be parked at the course and at the close of the days racing they will leave at one minute intervals. Trains can run to the track in 28 minutes. This was the time made in the trial trip, on which newspapermen were guests of Col. Matt J. Winn Thursday. Stops were made at Van Buren street and Twelfth street. *
