McCOY FINED 00 TORONTO, Ont., May 24.— The following notice was issued by stewards after the running of the Toronto Cup: "Jockey J. McCoy has been fined flOO for reckless riding in the fifth race. Ke was cautioned against repetition of the same tactics which would probably result in his being suspended from riding on the tracks of the Canadian Racing Associations."
