SIRE MY PLAY DIES LEXINGTON, Ky., April 7. The sudden death yesterday of the stallion My Play, from heart trouble, came as a shock to breeders. My Play, a son of Fair Play and Mahuba, by Rock Sand, and foal of 1919, was a full brother to the illustrious Man o War. He was standing at Coldstream Farm, the pretentious breeding establishment of C. B. Shaffer, who owned him in partnership with Edward F. Simms. My Play, the sire of many useful racers, was in good demand.
