ENGLISH JOCKEY COMING BOWIE, Md.. April 7. Trainer J. P. Smith received word from his employer, Victor Emmanuel, that he was sending jockey Donoghue over to ride the jumpers that will race in the Dorwood Stable colors. Young Donoghue is a son of Steve Donoghue. Smith is handling seven jumpers for the Dorwood Stable and the plans arc to race them at the Arlington Park meeting next summer. Rubi-con II. and Nosiamas, which were sent back to England last fall, have done well on the other side. Rubicon won five races and Nosiamas two, before they went wrong. 6
