WORKMAN SLIGHTLY HURT BOWIE, Md., April 7. Jockey R. Workman, who heads the list of winning riders at Bowie with four victories to his credit, was forced to call his engagements off today. After coming in from the road Workman had the misfortune to burn his arm on a steam pipe in the jockeys room.
