WILD FOWL, under vigorous riding ail 1 the way, closed steadily in the stretch and wore KITTY MAIilE down in the final drive. The latter outbroke her rivals and showed the most eaily speed, but began to tire in the last quarter mile and just lasted long enough to withstand BOOTEES challenge. KU CHI, slow to start, finished slowly. LADY LONGFORD raced evenly. MEUBIE MACQUEEN ran out rounding the turn. ONE CENT, on the outside throughout, finished gamely in the stretch and was going fastest of all at the end. 1IKE BELLE, close up in the early stages, tired as if short but after -going half a mile. GLIDELIA moved up on the inside entering the stretch, but was no match for the "winner. DRYDOCK. quickest to begin and a contender throughout, tired in the stretch and was under pressure to outlast BRANDON SAINT. The latter, crowded back in the stretch, finished gamely and would have been third in another stride. HUNTINGDON suffered slight interference at the start. The latter, nearest in pursuit of the leader throughout, made a game effort in the stretch, but Robertson outrode Hebcrt when it came to a drive. WATER LAD, away slowly, moved up with a rush on the inside, hut was repeatedly shuffled back, came again on the inside in the final eighth and was again blocked seventy yards from the finish. REALTOR moved up fast on the outside in tho last quarter mile, then tired in the stretch and just lasted long enough to withstand LUCIE ANNS challenge. The latter, slow to get going, closed a big gap. GUNTHER, shuffled back going to the first turn, also closed a lot of ground.
