McLean stable, is scheduled to make his 1930 debut in the 10,000 added Philadelphia Handicap, the big feature of Saturdays racing at the Harford Association course. The program of eight races arranged for presentation at the Kentucky Association track Saturday, the initial Saturday of the meeting, has an attractive feature in a renewal of the ,000 added Camden Handicap. Eight from among the better grade three-year-olds and older horses accepted for the one mile and a sixteenth, and while a majority of them are best suited by fast footing, a change in track conditions can hardly prevent the contest from proving an excellent one.
