FUNERAL OF FRANK ARTHUR BALTIMORE, Md., April 30. The funeral of the late Frank Arthur, Avho died at his brothers farm in the Long Green Valley on Sunday, Avas held yesterday. Frank Arthur, a brother to James F. Arthur, raced a stable on the western tracks for a number of years. A first-class horseman, he numbered his friends by the score. During recent years he has been in charge of the Arthur Farm, looking after the brood mares and young stock.
