NIAGARA FALLS MEETING NIAGARA FALLS, Ont., May 6.— The Stamford Park race track will operate this year after being closed for three years, according to an announcement by W. W. Musgrove, president of the Belleville Driving and Athletic Association, which holds the franchise under which the Niagara Falls plant is operated. Dates have been arranged for Saturday, July 18 to Saturday, July 25, and Saturday, August 15 to Saturday, August 22. N. H. McCallum, of Montreal, will be the new manager of the Niagara Falls track, the opening of which is the result of the rebates being allowed certain of the Ontario trarka in the daily tax.
