ANNOUNCE HANDICAP WEIGHTS Walter S. Vosburgh Assigns Moka- tam 126 Pounds for Excelsior Handicap, Jamaica Feature. NEW YIORK, N. Y.. May 6.— Handicapper Walter S. Vosburgh announced the weights for the Excelsior Handicap, to be run at Jamaica Saturday. The post of honor is given to the Rancocas stables Mokatam, with 126 as his burden. Twenty Grand, which is at Pimlico. and will probably be racing in the Preakness Saturday, was rated highly when he is asked to take up 122 pounds, a crushing burden for a three-year-old among older horses. Reveille Boy, which finished second to Surf Board in the Kings County Handicap, only to be disqualified, is in under 120 pounds, and a like weight is assigned T. M. Cassidys Crack Brigade. Surf Board is in under 117 pounds, and the others scale down to the low weight of 100 pounds assigned to Knowlton. The race has an added money value of ,000. Following are the weights: Horse. Wt.
