t PIMLICO TURF NOTES ? $, $, BALTIMORE, Md., May 6. H. G. Bedwell has arranged to leave for Thorncliffe on Friday with a big band of racers. Dr. J. P. Adams is shipping three two-year-olds back to the S. W. Labrot farm. He is also sending Sapphire Sky to the W. Fen-wick farm, where he will be turned out for the summer. John J. Farrell is shipping his stable from Pimlico to Chicago at the conclusion of the meeting. Steve Judge has taken over five of the Glen Riddle Farm horses, which he will campaign at either Bainbridg Park or Chicago. They include Hasten, Dock Light, Yes, Tokio Belle and Thirty Knots. Willie Midgley shipped a carload of the Glenn Riddle racers from Havre de Grace to Belmont Park this morning. Another carload will leave Pimlico Friday for the Long Island course. Al Rohrback, acting for W. W. Vaughan of Red Bank, N. J., sold the two mares Crimsal and Lads Run. John Goff was the purchaser. The many friends of James Arthur will be grieved to learn that he is confined at his home on Garrison Boulevard, Baltimore, suffering from a heart attack. The Superior Stable racers were loaded on an express car this morning and shipped to Washington Park, 111. Jockey F. C. Smith cancelled his mounts for the afternoon and accompanied the stable. Strong Tackle, Staylor and Night Signal were added to the schooling list. Chick Lang, who rode Reigh Count in most of his important engagements, entrained for Toronto this morning with his band of platers. Jockey T. Fowler was suspended for the remainder of the meeting for rough riding on Jack of Clubs in the si::th race Tuesday. A. G. Weston has changed his plans and i will ship his horses from here to Toronto. Jockey P. McGinnis and E. Legere were suspended for the remainder of the meeting for fouling in the third race. John Yocum of the Pennsylvania Railroad and Mike Hefferin of the Canadian National Railroad have arranged for the shipment of some sixty-five cars from Maryland to different racing points. Yocum is holding the Greentree private car at Pimlico and immediately after the running of the Preakness the stables Derby eligibles will be loaded and shipped to Louisville. Yocum received word that the big band that Edward R. Bradley will campaign on the New York tracks were loaded on three express cars Tuesday morning and shipped to Belmont Park. Jack Whyte is sending two carloads of the W. S. Kilmer horses from Belmont Park to Thorncliffe in the morning.
