BLIND LOVE showed the most early speed and held on well when challenged by the winner. BROOKSIE showed improvement and, saving ground in the stretch, finished close up. BURNING UP showed fine speed from the start and, taking a good lead after entering the stretch, won easily. CELTIC PRINCE, in close quarters in the stretch, was forced to go to the outside, but closed fast. ELLICE tired after setting the pace. SUPREME SWEET was in close quarters on the far turn. JACK BIENER showed early speed. MAYA appeared slightly lame going to the post and ran below his best form. Scratched— 59142 Lahor, 109; 59226 No More, 92. The latter was best, but was allowed to race wide in the stretch and, closing well on his own courage, barely missed getting up. PRINCE Til Til closed ground. JACARANDA also finished fast.
