■ ". I Third Notice/ We have signed a contract with a prominent turfman at Washington Park who will represent us there and at other Chicago tracks, assisting in obtaining turf information for our subscribers. Of course, it is impossible for us to disclose the name of our track representative, so we shall call him "MR. JOY." We choose that name because we truly-believe it is appropriate. Subscribers will agree we named him rightly after receiving his service. If we were at liberty to divulge the identity of this turfman we would not be able to answer remittances from all subscribers. Beginning Monday, we will begin a five-day test to prove the merits of "MR. JOYS" ability to produce. Watch for this test on another page of this paper. "MR. JOYS" information during this test must be filed 24 hours in advance with newsdealers and racing papers. If this service proves its worth, it will be placed on sale Saturday, May 30, Decoration Day, at newsstands and by wire from our General Offices. Bagley News Co. Room 801, 123 West Madison Street Chicago, III.
